1. Returns
Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused, unlit, and in its original packaging. Given the unique shapes of our products, items must be returned in their original protective wrap to avoid damage during transit.
Custom/Sale Items: Please note that custom-made candles and items on "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
2. Damages and Issues (The "Oops" Clause)
Since our candles are often fragile and "perfectly imperfect" in shape, we take extra care in packaging. However, if your order arrives broken or damaged during shipping:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately—no extra cost to you.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new candle.
5. Non-Returnable Scenarios
Candles that have been lit or have a burnt wick.
Minor cosmetic variations (as all our candles are hand-poured, slight "frosting" or tiny air bubbles are natural characteristics of soy/beeswax and are not considered defects).
